Vault Golf Club

1. Who we are

Vault Golf Club (“Vault”, “we”, “us”) operates a private golf simulator facility located at Randpark Club, Johannesburg. By creating a membership account you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

Membership grants you access to book and use the Vault simulator bay subject to your tier's session allowance. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to limit total membership to 40 active members at any time.

3. Billing and payment

Monthly memberships are billed month-to-month via Paystack and renew automatically on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed upfront for 11 months. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from within the member portal. Access remains active until the end of your paid billing period. Monthly memberships are not refunded for partial months. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. Booking and use

Sessions must be booked in advance via the member portal. Session slots are non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the session start time. No-shows forfeit the session. We reserve the right to revoke access for any member who misuses the facility or breaches these terms.

6. Fair use (Scratch tier)

The Scratch tier includes up to 4 sessions per week. Sessions beyond this limit require prior admin approval. We reserve the right to enforce this limit without notice if bay availability is affected.

7. Liability

Use of the facility is at your own risk. Vault Golf Club is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the simulator or the facility, except where such liability cannot be excluded by South African law. Members are responsible for their own golf equipment brought onto the premises.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court.
